Welcome to Stablishing Hearts magazine! =) SHM is an online magazine-type blog for Christian maidens and ladies who are striving on that straight and narrow way, seeking to follow the Lord's path, and who desire to be obedient to Him in all that they do. It is our hope, desire, and prayer that our articles and posts here will inspire, encourage, challenge, and enlighten you as you strive to serve our Lord and Saviour.
It is our desire to encourage young ladies and maidens to embrace Biblical womanhood, to be modest, chaste, discreet, virtuous, obedient, pure, good, sober, with shamefacedness and sobriety, and of a meek and quiet spirit, accompanied with good works (1 Timothy 2:10). Yet not only that, but also to challenge them to strive for godliness and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. (2 Pet. 3:11, 1 Tim. 6:11, 1 Tim. 6:6, Hebrews 12:14, 1 Thess. 4:7, 1 Thess. 3:13, 1 Peter 1:16, Matthew 5:48)
For those of us maidens who are still unmarried (and some who desire to remain so) we seek to encourage you to be a woman that "careth for the things of the Lord" (1 Corinthians 7:34), and a woman who desires above all else to please and obey her Saviour Jesus Christ.
Thus far, we have been disappointed with the selection of online magazines available for young women, seeing as they promote false doctrines and ideas that are leading many young ladies astray, we felt God leading us to begin our own blog/magazine where we could share our articles and the truth that the Lord has shown us, as found in God's holy, precious, inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word, with others. Therefore we began Stablishing Hearts, and are greatly looking forward to being able to share our writings with you! 
Unlike other magazines, who publish their articles at certain times of the month or on specific days, we will be posting whenever and whatever the Lord lays on our hearts to share with you. We pray that these articles will encourage and challenge you as you strive to walk on that narrow path which leadeth unto life.
We should be getting some more pages (support us (graphics), about SH, the editors, etc) up before long, Lord willing, and then some link-to graphics / buttons for our readers to put on their own blogs if they'd like.

Stablishing Hearts (SH) is an online magazine for Christian (followers of Jesus Christ) young ladies who are striving to obey and please the Lord in all things, and walk on the straight and narrow way.
We seek not only to encourage young ladies to embrace their Biblical position of being a keeper at home and being modest, chaste, etc, but also to encourage and challenge our readers to strive for godliness and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).
Disappointed with the selection of online magazines available for young ladies, seeing as they promote false doctrines and are leading young ladies astray, we felt compelled to begin our own magazine so that we could share Biblical truth, as found in God's holy and preserved Word, with others. Thus we began Stablishing Hearts, and are greatly looking forward to being able to share our writings with you!
